About Us
The Alabama Chapter of the American Physical Therapy Association (ALAPTA) is a statewide professional organization representing almost 860 members who are physical therapists, physical therapist assistants, and students. Its goal is to foster advancements in physical therapy practice, research, and education throughout Alabama. The American Physical Therapy Association (APTA), a nationwide professional organization represents over 75,650 members.
