Joint Commission Offers New Guide

A new guide to help facilities prepare for Joint Commission onsite surveys now is available online. The 2009 Survey Activity Guide 

• identifies ways in which organizations can facilitate the onsite survey process,
• describes logistical needs for the onsite survey,
• identifies materials that the surveyor(s) will need while onsite, and
• describes each survey activity.
