Self-Reported Vital Sign Assessment in Physical Therapy

Your participation is requested in a research project to assess the use of vital signs in Physical Therapy Practice!

Your participation is requested in a research project to assess the use of vital signs in Physical Therapy Practice.  The survey is a brief 24 item questionnaire that takes approximately 10 minutes to complete, and includes questions regarding practice behaviors, beliefs, and demographic information related to measuring vital signs.  This information could serve as a framework of understanding for improving clinical practice related to the prevention of cardiovascular and pulmonary disorders in Physical Therapy Practice.
